About
Hi, I’m Laura!
My interest in Nutrition began after graduating college and moving to New York City. As can sometimes happen in a big city, I gradually became exhausted, overwhelmed, and stressed. To help alleviate some of these symptoms, I started practicing yoga and cooking healthier meals for myself, quickly realizing how much of a positive impact these small behavioral changes had on my overall wellbeing.
Eventually, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training certification and went through the health coach training program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, both of which solidified my passion for helping others feel better. Still, I wanted to learn more about the actual, underlying science of nutrition, and so, went on to pursue and graduate with my Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
I now work with clients from all over, addressing any and all health and wellness concerns. My overarching goal is to help everyone make small, incremental, yet sustainable, changes that ultimately add up to significant, lasting improvements to overall wellbeing.
